All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DVRES typically ships from our warehouse in San Jose, California. We may also drop-ship direct from our manufacturers located across the United States. On occasion, orders may ship from a combination of our store and directly from the manufacturer.

We ship within the continental United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories.
We do not ship internationally.

For Residences, DVRES may place orders on hold if certain commercial equipment is to be shipped to a residential address. Equipment such as commercial ranges or commercial refrigerators must comply with commercial rules and codes. For example, certain items may be deemed unacceptable for home use due to safety, performance, and other factors and may void warranties. Because of this, DVRES reserves the right to cancel orders shipping to residential addresses. Please contact us about any residential equipment concerns.
Shipping Rates and Transit Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Transit time may take up to 10 business days depending on delivery address from our warehouse in San Jose, or manufacturer’s warehouse.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Local delivery (within 100 miles of San Jose, California) is available for a fee based on delivery location from our warehouse or for free if dollar purchase qualifications meet a certain criterion. These local deliveries are made using our own fleet of trucks and will be curbside drop-off only.
Inside delivery and light assembly on some items are available for a fee. Old equipment haul-away services are also available for a fee.
Local deliveries are made from 930am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Local pickup is available at our store in San Jose, California. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5:30pm on Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
